Scholarship fund set up in name of Monroe college student | News
MONROE, MI (Toledo News Now) – The family of a Monroe resident and Eastern Michigan University student has set up a scholarship fund in her name.
Julia Niswender was found dead in her off campus Ypsilanti apartment bedroom in December. The case is still under investigation, but has been ruled a homicide. Niswender was 24.
The scholarship will be open to Eastern Michigan students who are twins.
